Previous MMO Experience:
Played Galaxies for a few months before I got bored. Then I started playing WoW shortly after it started (February of 2005 I think). Tried Tabula Rasa for a couple of weeks and hated it. Played Warhammer online for about a month and got bored.
I've been playing WoW off and on for 5 years now, more on than off but I'm coming off a 6 month or so hiatus.
In classic I was a fairly hardcore raider (see Andarace above). Was present for every boss kill my guild had from Lucifron up to and including Twin Emps and a few Naxx bosses.
Please describe your playtime (If applying with no friend / family reference this must be >40 hrs / week): Pretty open. I work until 5pm on weekdays and I'd rather not stay up later than midnight on weeknights, but otherwise I'm usually available.
Why do you want to join us? My friend and co-worker Kerrston (Garlam) started playing and I figured it'd be fun to get back into WoW again.

Would you mind posting the reason why you're leaving your current realm or guild? Also please write your current realm and guild.
I already transferred to Dunemaul from Black Dragonflight where I was guildmaster of a RL friend guild <The Cake is a Lie>. I basically abandoned that character way back in BC because all my friends got bored and quit and I was sitting around an empty guild.
A vast majority of my play time is on Darkspear alliance. My guild there slowed down on playing and half of them faction transferred and I didn't want to at the time so I took a break.
